*SOCIAL MEDIA – I will email Miss Tracie ASAP if I do NOT want to be in any Tracie's Music Together^® social media posts. (you can reply to your confirmation email)

*DATES: I understand that I am responsible for knowing class dates. These are listed on the website calendar or under the “details” of your class and also in your confirmation email.  I understand that ALTON is only a 9-week semester.

*TEXT MESSAGES - My phone number is accurate on my registration so that I can receive group texts about class cancellation. If I opt out, I understand that I may miss important announcements.

*LISTEN TO MUSIC:  I understand that to benefit the most from this program, I will download the "Music Together" app on my smart phone and use the code from my book to stream the music. (You receive the book the first day of class). If I have any trouble with my code or lose my book, I will tell you by week 2 otherwise, there will not be a replacement available.

*WHAT TO BRING AND NOT NOT BRING: I will provide my own yoga mat, towel or blanket for the outdoor classes. I will not bring snacks or toys to the indoor classes.

*REFUNDS: I undestand that semester refunds/credits are only available 24 hours after the first scheduled day of the class. Registration fee is nonrefundable. For Pop-In Classes, please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before 24 hours, you'll receive a credit for a future class. If you cancel within 24 hours, there are no credits or refunds. Thank you for understanding this important policy!

*MAKEUP CLASSES: I will use the ‘MAKEUP A CLASS’ link on the website.  I understand that makeups do NOT carry over to the following semester. I understand that makeup classes are not scheduled over text and if I need help to contact [email protected] (Miss Kelly) and NOT to text Miss Tracie. No makeups for holiday pop-in classes.

*GUESTS: I undertand that there is a guest fee. Guests, including siblings, are a $25 charge. - cash, Venmo or Zelle (Please let Miss Tracie know ahead of time to ensure there is room!) Adult guests are always welcome! 

*OUTDOOR WEATHER: I understand that ALTON classes will be rescheduled for rain but DOWNTOWN GARDENS classes are NOT rescheduled for rain because we are undercover!  Unless it's severe weather. 

*SIBLINGS: I understand that I need to register all siblings. Under 8 months are FREE with a paid sibling. There is a sibling fee for all other siblings and you all will have the best time in this family activity! (and get such a great early childhood education!)
