You are responsible for understanding these helpful guidelines!  If you have any questions with our policies, please ask before your first class.

WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO TEXT YOU! Please save our text number, 561-464-3465. With recent Apple updates, you may not receive important text messages unless this number is saved in your phone contacts. These texts include class cancellations, weather reschedules, and teacher illness. We want to be sure you receive these important updates. Please save the number and do not opt out of texts.

REFUND POLICIES:
Semester Classes:
Refunds or credits are only available if you alert us within 72 hours after the first scheduled class of the semester. Please honor this policy as we run this small business. For Pop-In Classes: Please notify us at least 48 hours before class to receive a refund or credit. Within 24 hours, no refunds or credits are available. Thank you for understanding.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS:
If you do NOT want to appear in social media photos or videos, please let us know as soon as possible by replying directly to this confirmation email — even if you have told us in the past. If you take photos or videos of your child during class, please be mindful not to include other children.

SIBLINGS:
All siblings must be registered. Infants under 8 months attend free with a paid sibling AND siblings over age 8 are also free. All other siblings require a discounted sibling fee. Siblings LOVE coming to class!  We are treasured family activity.

MAKEUP CLASSES:
To schedule a makeup class, use our “Make Up a Class” link on our website. Makeup classes do not carry over to the next semester.  There are no makeup classes for Pop-In classes unless you alert us at least 48 hours in advance. Please do not text text Miss Tracie for your makeup classes.

GUESTS:
Guests and Siblings do require a fee. Semester child guests, including visiting siblings, are $25 per class. Please notify Miss Tracie in advance to ensure there is space. Adult guests are always free. Payment options for child guests: Venmo: @tracie-krieger. Zelle: 561-400-7489

OUTDOOR WEATHER POLICIES:
Alton classes will be rescheduled in the event of rain. Downtown Gardens classes are only canceled for lightning or thunder, as this location is under cover. If we cancel a class due to weather, you will receive a text message and we will schedule a makeup. 

CLASS DATES:
Semester class dates are listed on the "details" section of the schedule/registration page AND your confirmation email will also list the dates. Check them carefully and add them to your calendar!  They are not always consecutive!
